Our Story
We opened Cdc Homes
because Killen deserved
better lodging.
Killen is a small community in northern Madison County, and like a lot of places along this corridor, it sees travelers — people working nearby, families visiting, folks passing through on their way somewhere else.
We noticed that most options were either chain hotels with corporate prices or places that didn't quite keep up. So we built something different: clean, comfortable rooms at rates that make sense, run by people who actually live here and want visitors to have a good experience.
